Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the cancellation, refund, and withdrawal standards for activity products and gym SaaS subscription services provided by Camtown Co., Ltd. through Rxd Today. If a product page states separate refund terms, those product-specific terms may apply first.

1. Activity Product Refund Standards

For activity products that require advance reservations, such as accommodation, transportation, meals, or fitness programs, the following refund standards apply based on the start date shown on the product page.

  • The cancellation receipt date is the date your cancellation request reaches customer support.
  • After a reservation is confirmed, cancellation fees may reflect confirmed accommodation, transportation, meal, or external program costs under the standards above.
  • If an event is canceled due to company responsibility, force majeure, or failure to meet the minimum participant count, the full payment amount will be refunded.
  • No-shows or unused services after the start date may not be refundable.

2. Gym SaaS Subscription Refund Standards

Gym SaaS is a monthly subscription service. If a free trial is provided, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription using the registered payment method after the trial period ends. The conversion status and scheduled payment date are provided during payment method registration or application.

  • When a subscription is canceled, renewal stops from the next payment date.
  • Monthly service periods that have already started are generally non-refundable.
  • If duplicate billing, incorrect billing, service non-provision, major outages, or other company-responsible causes are confirmed, we may provide a refund or credit.
  • Plan upgrades may be applied immediately or handled through prorated adjustment. The exact timing follows the payment screen or separate notice.
  • Plan downgrades generally apply from the next payment date.
  • If payment fails, we may contact you through the registered contact information. Service access may be limited if payment is not completed.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund or cancellation requests by customer support email or 1:1 inquiry.
  2. Within 2-3 business days after receipt, we will inform you whether cancellation is available and the expected refund amount.
  3. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.
  4. Depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it may take 3-7 business days for the cancellation to appear.
