Rxd Today Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of use and other necessary matters concerning the CrossFit workout tracking service provided by RxdToday (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to the CrossFit workout tracking and analysis platform provided by RxdToday.

"Member" refers to a user who has registered to use the Service according to these Terms.

"Workout Record" refers to WOD (Workout of the Day), workout performance, workout photos, injury and condition records (body area of discomfort, severity, fatigue or status, memos, record date and time, etc.), and other data recorded by Members within the Service.

"Injury and Condition Tracking" refers to injury- and condition-related information (body state recording and management) entered by Members within the Service.

"AI Analysis" refers to artificial intelligence-based services provided by the company, including workout record analysis, form correction, performance tracking, and analysis, summary, and pattern presentation of injury and condition information. The AI does not provide diagnosis, prescription, recommendation, or make decisions on behalf of users.

"Content" refers to workout records, photos, texts, documents, etc., posted by Members within the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when a Member registers for the Service.

2. The company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. The amended Terms will be notified through the notice section and will take effect immediately upon notification.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Anyone who wishes to become a Member shall apply for membership by filling out the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.

2. The company will register the applicant as a Member unless:

  • The applicant has previously lost membership status due to violation of these Terms.
  • There are false, missing, or incorrect details in the registration.
  • The company determines that registering the applicant would cause significant technical issues.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. The company provides the following services to Members:

  • CrossFit workout record management and storage service
  • Injury and condition tracking (body state recording and management) service
  • AI-based workout record analysis and performance tracking service
  • Workout photo capture and whiteboard recognition service
  • Workout proof shot generation and sharing service
  • Workout record calendar and statistics service
  • Any additional services developed by the company or provided through partnerships.

2. The company may change the content and technical specifications of the Service. Such changes will be notified through the notice section.

Article 6 (Service Interruption)

The company may interrupt the provision of the Service under the following circumstances:

  • For maintenance, repair, or regular and emergency inspections of the facilities.
  • If the telecommunication service provided by a telecommunication carrier is suspended under the Telecommunications Business Act.
  • In case of force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)

1. Members may request to withdraw at any time, and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.

2. The company may restrict or suspend membership if the Member:

  • Registers false information during application.
  • Interferes with the use of the Service by others or steals information.
  • Conducts any act violating the laws or these Terms or disturbing public order.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

Members must not engage in the following activities:

  • Providing false information upon registration or modification.
  • Stealing or using another person's information.
  • Changing the information posted by the company.
  • Sending or posting information (e.g., computer programs) other than the information specified by the company.
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties.
  • Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties or interfering with their business.
  • Posting or distributing obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other content against public order.
  • Entering false information or manipulating workout records or injury and condition information.
  • Unauthorized copying or theft of other members' workout records.
  • Misusing the service's AI analysis features to gain unfair advantages.

Article 9 (Copyright of Content)

1. The copyright of Content posted by Members within the Service belongs to the respective author.

2. The company may use Content posted by Members for service operation, exhibition, transmission, distribution, and promotional purposes.

Article 10 (Privacy Protection)

The company makes efforts to protect Members' personal information and complies with relevant laws and the company's Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The company is exempt from liability for the inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure.

2. The company is not liable for any service interruption caused by the Member's fault.

3. The company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the information, materials, and facts posted by Members regarding the Service.

4. This Service is not a medical or coaching service and is provided as a tool. The AI only analyzes, summarizes, and presents patterns; it does not provide diagnosis, prescription, recommendation, or make decisions on behalf of users.

5. The company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results and does not provide medical advice regarding Members' workout performance or health status.

6. The company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during Members' workouts.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes arising between the company and Members concerning the use of the Service.

2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be brought to the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from August 1, 2025.
